I know what it's like to do a job you could do, and be good at, while knowing there's something more. Waking up wondering if it's possible to find a purpose greater than just going through the motions. Living in mediocrity, and not knowing how to get out.
I've spent 25+ years in organizational leadership and officiating soccer, from youth leagues to the professional level, using good old-fashioned observational skill to build a system that helps you discover and live out your purpose. It's shaped by decades of helping people become the best version of themselves.
